This site explains what we sell and what it costs. Nothing is charged on this site. Your invoice and signed order form set the package, price and term for your shop. If they ever differ from this page, your signed order form wins.

Paid by Stripe invoice or checkout. We email you the link and you pay online. There's no card form on this site, and we don't take Zelle, PayPal, cash or checks.

• Monthly plans run 24 months. After that your price stays the same, it goes month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
• If you pay for the build upfront, care is billed monthly (on Full Shop that's $129 a month) for 12 months, then month-to-month.
• If you end a plan early, the months left in the term are invoiced at your monthly rate.
• On the $0-setup Full Shop path, the first month is paid before we start building. Once building starts there's no free cancellation, and your signed order form covers pauses, cancellation and refunds.

$397 setup + $399/mo on its own, or $349/mo with any Local Trade website. 200 AI minutes a month are included. After that Orbit keeps answering, and extra minutes are $0.40 each on your next invoice. Phone Attach is month-to-month. The $397 setup is charged on every order and isn't refundable. On Never Miss and Full Desk the phone is included with usage caps and no per-minute charge.

We build your site on a preview link. Nothing goes live until you approve it, and your current site stays up until then. Phone and text tools go live on your number only after setup, testing and your OK on the wording.

Your business name, photos, copy and domain stay yours, and you stay the primary owner of your Google Business Profile. Build, hosting, care and transfer details are in your agreement.

Accurate info about your shop, your license number where your trade needs one, photos you have the right to use, and a quick answer when we ask you to approve something.

We don't promise rankings, Map Pack spots, a number of calls or leads, ad results or revenue. Orbit and the website chat answer from the facts you approve, but they can get things wrong, so check your call and chat summaries.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

These terms follow Texas law. Any dispute goes to the courts in Harris County, Texas.
